Mostly to discuss the ways I am (or am not) taking care of myself. I'm in the midst of the dreaded "getting in shape". I guess I always will be, huh? Or at least maintaining it once I get "there".

Funny! And sadly, I don't think that's weird at all. Those things contain crack cocaine or something.
